Refund policy

Should you happen to change your mind on a purchase, please get in touch immediately. Providing the order hasn't been processed a full refund can be issued. 

Should the order be processed then we unfortunately are unable to amend the order and would require the items to be returned to us in a resalable condition within 20 days of purchase. 

We advise to use a tracked postal service as A Little Eco cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage from the courier.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on deodorant, soaps and other personal care items.
